Always Marry a German Farm Girl

V5, Boulder, 12 ft (4 m),  Avg: 3.3 from 13 votes
FA: unknown
Colorado > Grand Junction… > Unaweep Canyon > Nine Mile Hill > Nine Mile Bould… > Reba Boulders > Pasteurization Block

Description

Stand start in the center of west face of the Pasteurization Block using a positive left side pull and a TINY sloping, right hand crimp. From there, move up to the obvious rail that starts at the roof.

Once you get that, make a big move up to the lip. Your feet may cut, but it's a pretty positive hold.

From there, find a way to top out.

Location

The downclimb is on the southwest corner. It's actually part of Get the Gouda but appears to be the easiest way down.

Protection

Pads and a good spotter. The landing is good.

[Hide Comment] Extremely hard/awkward. Super fun boulder though. I will return to this beast. Mar 7, 2018

[Hide Comment] Totally agree about its awkwardness! One of my favorites though reaching over the roof! Mar 7, 2018
