Description

Fun route that starts off with some funky, thuggy moves to the fourth bolt and a decent rest, and then finishes with some fairly easy but techy, sloper moves to the top. Really fun to the sixth bolt but quality diminishes after that.

Location

Furthest route left on the Epoxy Wall. First route to the right of Hippy Digger and left of Inbetween Days

Protection

8? bolts to anchors. Stick clipping first two bolts highly recommended. Be careful clipping third bolt.

[Hide Comment] I climbed here last night, and saw that the jug at the 4th bolt broke. There is still an edge that is usable, but I feel it makes the route harder. Can't shake out, and the clip is hard(unless you grab the draw as I did). Also, the clipping hold for the third bolt was feeling a little loose. I may go out and try and reinforce it. Sep 16, 2015

[Hide Comment] Fun route! I have been projecting it for a few weeks now and although it hasn't been touched in a while, it has cleaned up pretty nicely. Just a heads up though, I did pull off a pretty big undercling which might make it harder? The route is basically 1/2 power on like two stacked v6 boulders problems and then 1/2 endurance. Don't make the mistake I made in training the power of the bottom part and then realizing on your send go that you have no endurance after getting over the lip. The route is definitely one of the more solid as rock quality goes. Mar 29, 2022

Send footy of the crux. Right about where the video cuts out is where you hit the 5.10 climbing till the chains. Video features baby Luke crying tears of joy because I stuck the crux in my work scrubs AND in the rain. Anyway, such a good route... definitely more power endurance than flat-out endurance as the route is basically over by about the 5th draw or something. If you do use this beta be grateful because it was fought for over the course of about a year and a half because of all the broken holds haha. I am not 100% sure if this is truly a 5.13a as it was my first but it is definitely a burly route... have fun! Oh, and remember to stick clip the second draw... u will definitely deck if you blow that clip trying to do it mid-route. Jun 13, 2023
