Description

Trad route up the crack between routes 4 and 5. Crack lends itself to right facing laybacks, lots of good pro placements. Clean the finger cracks for nuts.

Location

The crack opens to offwidth in a couple of places, start is the right leaning hand crack at the base left of route 5. There is a small bush in the crack about a third of the way up.

Protection

Standard rack up to fist. Anchor is two close bolts on the face left of the anchor for routes 4,5 and 6. Can walk off the top.

Route is a little sandy in spots, but there are plenty of protection opportunities and the climbing is mild. Would be good for a first lead. Jul 12, 2015
