Chemically Adjusted Reality

Description

Another funky Vantage crack climb, but it is pretty interesting on the upper half. It is listed as 10c PG in the book, but I found it no harder to protect then the average Vantage crack.
Pretty sustained jamming without the usual face holds makes this pretty pumpy.

Location

next crack right of Delaware, and left of Only the Lonely- which is an OW and next right is Vantage Point with massive amount of bolts.

Protection

gear to 3", shares anchor with Delaware over to the left. Hex's would work well in the ragged undulations of the lower half. The bulk of cams is medium size, .4, .5, .75.

[Hide Comment] This is actually a pretty fun lead! With just a little more cleaning it would be 4 stars. Nov 7, 2019

[Hide Comment] The bottom is still a little bit dusty, but super fun climbing and good gear above. Be careful if someone is climbing Delaware as you have to climb directly over them to get to the anchor. Mar 11, 2024
