Seasonal Raptor Closures Details

Description

Start via an in-your-face little move. It is best to climb from the right below the bolts! Once on ledge, follow bolts straight up via a corner system. This is the crag's warm-up.

Location

It is the far right route on the "Flood Wall".

Protection

9 bolts.

Did bottom approaching from the left. Reachy but not desperate for my 5'6" +1 ape dimensions.
Agree with pre-clipping bolt 2! Sep 15, 2016

Not sure how this climbed initially, but unless you have a large ape index, the start of this is really difficult. It does not help that the rock is really friable (broke off multiple hand & foot holds). Wanted to like this, but between the rock quality and lack of cleaning I can not recommend it.

If you do get on this and are short, stick the second bolt, or you have a good chance of grounding. Apr 24, 2016
