Climb Thor's Flake (the triangular flake resting against the Main Dome, left of Orange Peal), find a single bolt on the wall above Thor's Flake, continue up the water streak, join with Orange Peal, follow the protectable upper reaches of Orange Peal to the bolted anchor. Mildly run out, but the crux is protected by the bolt.

Located to the climber's left of Orange Peal, between Orange Peal and the crevice.

1 bolt. A single rack from small to medium is sufficient. A long runner or two may help. There is a bolted anchor at the top (shared with Orange Peal). A single 60 will make it if you aim for the boulder pile to the rappeler's left. If you aim too far right (toward Clockwerk Orange) a 60 will come up short. Use knots in the ends of your rope.
