Description

The center line. Start on head-high miserable crimps with even more miserable feet. There is potential for an even harder sit start.

The grade is a wild guess since I didn't climb it. The line is "pure" hard climbing. Dec 6, 2013

Tried this bad boy out today. I think the grade is closer to a V7. Is this thing a false summit? Or was the idea to top it out? And on another note, has this line seen an ascent that anyone knows about? Nov 22, 2015
I spent a couple half days cleaning this route in 2008. Due to the look of a long, curved spine with ribs coming out of each side, I thought the name 'Dragon's Back' was appropriate. I have never seen or heard of an accent. It is above my grade, especially since the start has really no feet. But the moves after the first move are still tough. All in all, I would guess at V8. Please post if you have sent this and give it a proper rating!! Apr 5, 2018
