Start at the base of the Black Slabs and clip a bolt. Continue up using gear and make a traverse right and then to another bolt. Follow a thin crack up to a final bolt and then up to fixed anchors on a nice ledge.
P-2 continue up on easy round 5.5

where the trail meets the Black Slab

Gear to 2"/6 bolts

there is a bolt about 12 feet up and another up higher. It has some fun step overs and if cleaned would make a great moderate pitch. The second pitch is fun and you can do several variations up different cracks....dirty but interesting alpine-like climbing. Be sure to do the two upper pitches off the big ledge arete on the right and slab on the left both are good and clean..I think one of the names is Red October??? Aug 17, 2017

Is this on the left side of the rounded arete? Tried the right (drier!) and ran out of pro... Aug 24, 2014
