Access Issue: RAIN AND WET ROCK: The sandstone in Red Rocks is fragile and is very easily damaged when it is wet. Details

Description [Edit]

Follow the line of bolts up the right side of the slab. Some of the moves may be height dependent or depend on the exact line taken. The bolts are well spaced and the climbing is a little runout even with a handful of gear placements. Disco offers up some fun black varnish face climbing.

Rap with a 70M...

Location [Edit]

The varnished face to the left of Welcome to Red Rocks and to the right of a large white pillar.

Protection [Edit]

Single set of cams to #2 and 6 bolts...

Super fun positive face climbing on great rock. Definetly run out but climbing is secure and you are next to a bolt at the crux. We wrapped with a 80m and just barely made it to the ground. Apr 27, 2018
