Description

Diesel is the left line of bolts. Climb up and left on the steep knobby featured face on pockets and inclusions. Continue up the left line of bolts, staying right as you pass two large blocky cobbles.

Location

The left-most route on the upper tier of the north face of the Hatchery. Scramble onto the exposed slab past the fixed piton and a bolt. Continue up the left line of bolts.

[Hide Comment] Thoughtful and fun movement at an accessible grade. The bolting is a bit strange though. Most of the bolts were an extra move or two above very obvious and ideal clipping stances, including the anchor. It made clipping quite tenuous and at times spooky. But, if that's where the rock quality demanded the bolts be placed, then so be it. It keeps things interesting, that's for sure. Oct 16, 2023
