Yup, BLM contracted to have all the bolts removed on all the crags within their strip of land at Castle Rocks including Blarney Stone, Wave Wall and other more obscure routes. Additionally hiking and scrambling is allowed on BLM land but roped climbing including trad is subject to a hefty fine if caught. It's a bummer. Jun 23, 2017
