Description

This route is the leftmost route on the left as you approach the Grotto wall that lies above the Lower Slab. An awkward and fun route. The route is clean.

Location

As you enter the Grotto this route is on the left side of the tallest wall in the Grotto.

The route is not clean, in fact it is nothing but a crumbling pile of cobblestones at this point. Maybe after some serious traffic might this place be fun to climb, but for now you will absolutely pull off more rocks then you find to stand on. My guess as an amateur geologist is that large cobblestones held in by a VERY soft sedimentary compound is never going to be very stable and will always be falling apart. Feb 26, 2014
