Description
Start on the Main Wall at White Rock Acres, traverse (right to left or east to west) the main wall near the ground moving up or down as needed. Once completed (100+ft of climbing) move to the White Wall and traverse the entire thing (100ft+) from east to west (closest to farthest on the trail).
Once that traverse is complete hit the trail (heading west away from Main Wall) until you hit the Appalachian Trail (AT). Take a left at the AT and follow all the way until you hit Whiskey Springs (+/- 4 miles).
Traverse around the Vulture View Area (theres a V3 established traverse already if youd like to follow that, check out Whiskey Springs on Mountainproject.com for more details) and climb whatever routes you wish THEN hit the trail going back.
Total of 10 + miles and some great endurance and technique (variety) training.
Can be done solo very easily or with friends or dogs.
