[Hide Comment] Holy sandbagged. In what world is this a 10b? Aug 7, 2017
[Hide Comment] "BAM" is the sound you will make as you deck trying to make the third clip on this climb - there is at least one shattered ankle so far - try not to be the first death. Classic case of "Lime Disease"--AKA--bad bolting - no, actually malevolent bolting. Otherwise, a great climb if you survive. Jul 12, 2018

[Hide Comment] Agreed, seems more difficult then 10b. Sustained, the holds are there though it's a challenge. Good route / warm-up if you're chasing shade. Aug 27, 2018

[Hide Comment] The climbing is good, but agreed that if you're not a solid 5.11 leader, this is a sketchy lead. Getting to reasonable stances to clip bolts 2 and 3 requires requires cruxy moves with big fall and swing potential. Would be nice to have a lower 2nd bolt and a bolt between 2 and 3. Jul 13, 2020

[Hide Comment] Felt like 11a, but that could definitely just have been the super sketchy bolting. Location of the third bolt makes decking a real possibility. Fun movement though! Jul 20, 2020

[Hide Comment] I would give this 5.11a. The 3rd bolt is total sketch and was a groundfall with my weight difference between me and my belayer. Didn't weight her down as I wasn't expecting the clip to be so sketchy. I think either an extra bolt or make the 3rd a long Fixe would greatly improve this route and make it a hell of lot safer. As it is, if you are just breaking into the grade, I would stickclip to the third with a long sling and then fire it. I thought it was fun after I hung the draws and gave it the redpoint run.
