The block in the red circle pulled out on 3-15-14 - the larger block next to it may be loose now.

[Hide Comment] There is a large triangle block between the 3rd and 4th bolt. On 3-15-14 a part of it dislodged (about the size of a toaster oven) and a few of us trundled it and cleaned up. The larger block seems it could become loose now (about the size of a large microwave) - be careful on this route and stay to the right of the block. I don't think the missing feature changes the grade. Thanks Kristan - I used your beta photo to show were the block is. Mar 17, 2014

[Hide Comment] Don't be fooled by the grade or the name. The opening slab is 5.8 or 5.8+, so if you are not comfy at that grade either use the corner to the right to start or stick clip the first bolt. The rest of the climb might be closer to 5.7, but IMHO still not quite that easy. It does have one detached block, but it is a much better route than the name implies, especially if you do the opening slab moves. Also, the described height is not correct. More like 70 feet. [Hide Comment] This is a great warmup if on the wall, it’s fairly easy. Solid stances and holds while climbing. Sep 28, 2019

[Hide Comment] Third bolt on the route is loose and could use some tightening, and like Steve and Tim said that larger block still remains but I'd climb on the side of caution because the stone above it might give any day now. Other than that this is a really fun route. Climbed 6-20-22 Jun 28, 2022
