Description

A fun committing route that switches between dead vertical and near vertical on classic positive crystal holds. supper fun and morning sun.

Anchor: Sling horn on climbers right with shoulder length slings.

Decent:
Needles Style Rappel. Bonus Beta, Move rope to the grove on the climbers left to avoid getting your rope stuck

Location

to get to this route from the outlets trail cross the meadow towards sardine. You can rack up at the base of sardine or scrabble to the base of sunkist on broken boulders to a little less secure racking up point.

Protection

4 bolts when you need them most.

Sweet crystal climb but, as noted,a bit of an adventure with the bolting and getting off it with the NSR. As you are setting up on and climbing Sunkist, Conn Diagonal is right behind you if I am remembering right. Jul 21, 2013

awesome route, don't slip clipping the first bolt or you'd be hurtin' real bad, a similar outcome could happen if you fell right before the 2nd bolt. get on it! Jul 13, 2013
