A great climb right off the trail and probable the tallest climb at Latern Hill. Enjoy the views of the pond from up top.

Main Face directly below the left facing corner the forms highest point of the cliff. A route called Sharper Image is to the left and the route called Jolly Roger is to the right.

This is a good lead with at least pg gear. Follow the crack, gear, and head for the left facing corner up top. To get full value, climb the arete of the corner on top. Or bail to left for easy finish. Aug 10, 2013

" least pg gear..." Yup...this lead is about as "G" as they come. You can plug gear in prodigiously along the entire route including up the top arĂȘte. It may be a little hard for new 5.7 leaders to place gear (one-handed stances) but it takes bomber gear if you are competent at placing it. Aug 10, 2013
