This starts underneath a nice but not huge hold in the center or center/right of the main face. Start on crimps and poor feet and reach up to the decent jug, then go for the topout. It may be easier if you are tall.
This ascends the center or center/right of the main face. Start under fairly obvious hold a foot or two beneath the lip. The descent is obvious.
