DescriptionStart down low with a sit-start. Move to a good right hand and then a left hand pinch. Cross to the flake and reach in behind the large flake thats inside of the crack for a good jug. Move right and up to a small two-finger pocket (small rock bridge hold) and then straight up to a left and side-pull. Top out straight up and right in the obvious mini-gulley after that left hand side-pull.
LocationFrom the parking lot at Petrela, (facing the castle pathway) take the road towards the school to the left and follow that behind the school along the field fence. The trail descends a washed out gulley. Pass by the first rock that you see on the right and continue down to the next area of rocks below that. On the right hand side of the trail, you will see a steep 45 deg overhanging section. Step up the 2 foot ledge into the overhanging-cave.
ProtectionCrash pads. The higher you get on this, the more crash pads and spotters you will want. We climbed it with 2-3 crash pads and 2-3 spotters. Any less you need to be very careful and wise about pad placement. High up on it, a fall would be into thorny trees, so make sure you have good spotters and have moved as many of the worst branches out of the way as possible.
