Chill climbing on great pockets and huge sidepulls until you hit an interesting crimpy section on the bulge towards the top (where Steve is on my photo on here). Every move up there felt desperate, but I was probably reading it all wrong. See accompanying photo for position of the climb on the cliff.

Just to the right of Polypro BO. Do yourself a favor and buy the excellent Cronin guidebook to the Black Hills Limestone.

5 bolts, anchors. A stick clip is never a bad idea at spearfish.

Feels though for the grade and mostly hard to read once you get past the first, easier section - never quite sure if I should be climbing left or right of the bolts. At times it doesn't matter, though I did climb myself into a bit of a dead end.

Just a meta-thought about mountain project & route description - I'm not sure that the goal is really to put up one-line route description in bulk. The idea was rather that when you climb something worthy, if it's not on there you can fill out a route description.

The way you do it is not particularly useful nor interesting... if you're not interested in putting out a description just past and let someone actually interested in doing do it? Jul 25, 2017
