This is the toprope directly below the left set of chain anchors. The crux is just a couple of feet below the anchors.

My 4.5 y/o son climbing "Far Left" on top rope. I admit there were a couple of times his little arms couldn't quite reach the next hold and I hoisted him up six inches until he could reach it, but it's a very child-friendly route.

[Hide Comment] This is a fun route for kids. You can easily walk up to the top via campsite 11 (east side) or the longer route from campsite 14 (north side, then along the ridge). You can very easily and safely reach the chains from the top to set up a top rope. While the route can be a bit reachy for young kids, some of the holds are more conducive to smaller hands, so it's still great for them. Aug 16, 2015
