This route climbs the southeast face of the blunt arete. Relatively easy start on crumbly, nerve-wracking rock up to a tricky third clip (crux 1). Then continue up the overhang on good holds, clip the fourth bolt, and mantle (crux 2). Slightly runout, slabby climbing through the fifth to the chains. There is an optional bolt to the right of the roof for topping out if you're so inclined.

Leftmost route on the east face, to the left of Unknown 5.10a

six bolts to chain anchors. Bring five quickdraws and an alpine draw for the sixth bolt.

Just clip the 5th bolt and go straight up to the chains. The sixth bolt was there as the original finish for both routes, so you could clip it, go to the top, and belay off the rappel anchors. I added the the other anchors later, but left the bolt in case someone wanted to top out. Sep 9, 2013
