FA: Robin Barley 2003
International > N America > Canada > British Columbia > Okanagan > Skaha Bluffs > (a) The Fortress > (b) Plum Wall

Description

The other gem at this wall, it climbs immediately left of Plum Line (and shares the initial start to the ledge). Fun, thoughtful climbing leads to a somewhat distinct crux, followed by a good romp to the top.

Location

Starts just left of the left hand rap station on the ledge.

Protection

11 bolts. ***NOTE: This route is 35m if you don't feel comfortable downclimbing from the ledge.**

[Hide Comment] Really solid rock quality, plenty of good edges for holds many that you can’t see well until you’re near them. Got a little harder up higher. Good warm-up, but really long 34m. Rope drag isn’t a problem. 11 bolts not 10 as the book says. Sep 12, 2018

[Hide Comment] Placed a yellow #2 in the crack located 2/3 of the way up the wall to tame the runout between bolts. Jun 19, 2020
