Description

SHEEPISH 5.6 *** 95'’ F (7b)
Belay at the NW upper edge of the slab (single bolt anchor belay beside large boulder). Route climbs the blunt SW arête (right end of Garden Ledge Wall) up clean solid (granite-like) slabs. Sustained and interesting climbing throughout (may seem hard for the grade for climbers unfamiliar with slabs). 2 ring anchors just below the top.

Location

Climbs the clean blunt slabby arete at the right end of Upper Garden Ledge. Best approached by scrambling up the ramp to the south (as for West Face Slabs).

Another sunny climb. The climbing for the first 3 bolts teach you to trust your feet (not a lot of hands). After that a mix. Good climb, near the parking area so a good warm up starter for the area. Oct 7, 2013
