Description

Straight up extension to The Great Train Robbery.

Continue past the first anchors of the Train Robbery, going straight up (out left is 5.11d) through two distinct cruxes to reach the chains high above.

70m is needed to lower off to the ground, or you can use the mid-point lower off if you have a 60m (make sure to kick off from the wall so you can swing in and grab the chains).

Protection

Bolts, some/all draws may be fixed. Some long slings and/or back cleaning on the first half can be useful. 70m rope required to lower.

[Hide Comment] Rope drag gets pretty bad toward the top. Consider back-cleaning or extending some draws on `The great train robbery' for a more pleasant experience. Sep 2, 2020

[Hide Comment] Decent rock and killer movement on this one. Get on it if you can beat the crowds. Probably not the best one to project as the lower half often serves as the crag warmup. Aug 3, 2022
