Tough route. At first it looks like there's nothing whatsoever for your feet to start, but there are a couple small nubs that help a lot.

[Hide Comment] This one of the better and harder V4s around. Not a lot of subtlety here, just pretty burly, and definitely no gimme at the grade. May be harder if you are tall as I had to campus the opening moves.

It seems like there are two variations. One jogs left and then heads up for an awkward, committing topout. The other traverses left along the good slopey rail and joins Supersized thus avoiding the tricky topout but adding a couple of moves. Both are good.

[Hide Comment] I agree with Jim. V5, Cape Ann is so full of bogus ratings. Apr 27, 2017

Definitely found the opening moves to be the crux with the lack of feet. The rail makes for a great features to warm up on for the rest of the climbs on the boulder. Apr 26, 2020
