Description

Start with a left hand sidepull crimp and a right hand on a good ledge. With a drop knee, head to the obvious hold. This is possibly the crux according to some who have tried it. I found the next move out of the roof the hardest.

From there, hit the sloper with the left, a sloping crimp with the right, and head to the rail just below the top.

Top out.

Location

It is located on the north, overhanging face of the Sand Shark Block. There's a downclimb on the west side.

Protection

A couple of pads are good. The landing, even from the beginning, is really uneven and lends itself to making the climber roll or tumble.
