Description

Sit start low on a good undercling and move up to a slopey rail, and left to a sloping edge in the middle of the face. Toe hookery, compression and two hard big moves get you to a basketball sized chicken head and an easier topout. A right line could be done at a much easier grade. Big wingspan necessary!

Location

Drive up highway 168 past Shaver Lake and park at the Snow Park near Balsam Forebay. Walk 20 minutes on the dirt road towards the forebay through the big gate and stay left at the fork. Near a small building stay left and go through another gate and immediately turn left on a skid trail into the forest. This boulder should be facing you, and is a prow-like feature with big blobs.

Protection

One pad.
