Description [Edit]

An excellent traverse to improve footwork skills. Many variations possible. Edges and smears with occasional hands.

Location [Edit]

Located in the area known as "The Canyon," just west of the Canyon Boulder. Traverse is on a long, low-angle, 8-10 foot high wall with a broad, flat area above. Begin at west or east end of the formation. Easy walk off.

Protection [Edit]

None needed if taking the low option.

I've also heard this called the Beer Can traverse, because you could do it without putting down your beer. Jun 4, 2013
