Description [Edit]

This route is the corner directly to the left of Watusi Afterworld. Climb a slab below to the corner. The crack goes from hands to thin hands. After the crux, the crack is filled with dirt and leaves; I needed to do a bit of gardening with my nut tool to get some decent placements.

Location [Edit]

This is the corner just to the left of Watusi Afterworld. It's fairly obvious when you're standing at the base of the crag.

Protection [Edit]

Standard rack up to a #3 Camalot should get you up in style. Rappel with a 60m rope from the Watusi Afterworld anchor.

This route is not in Gillett's guidebook to the canyon. Because the upper crack was so dirty, this had the feel of a first ascent. We're not claiming one because it's a pretty obvious line. If you know the proper name and first ascent information, please post up. Apr 6, 2013
