Description

This phenomenal line may be the best at the grade on the mountain. Cast off through precarious terrain to the high first bolt. Clip one more and begin tackling the mind blowingly blank face through immediately difficult and varied sequences. Fierce and unrelentingly technical climbing on a variety of holds brings you to two vicious cruxes stacked at around the 80ft mark. Wildy big moves bring you to the chains. Its not over till its over.

Location

The second route from the right end of Tin Can Alley.

Protection

14 bolts to chains

[Hide Comment] This magnificent route has broken. A critical hold near the top of the route ripped off yesterday leaving nearly nothing behind. What remains is harder and will break again. To any who choose to tackle this beast tread lightly, we still left the hollow stuff.

Update (9/14/19): I went back to this route today. After breaking the flake that remained from the initial break I managed to find 2 holds that I think will stay. This sequence is likely a V grade harder post break. Apr 28, 2019
