Description

One of the more aesthetic lines on the wall. Easy climbing through the bottom jugy section of the wall leads to the yellow streak. Follow the yellow streak past river polished slopers and crimps to the top before rejoining a short blunt arete in the blue rock full of deceivingly pumpy crimps to a lone pocket. From the pocket follow good edges to the anchors

Location

Find the long yellow streak surrounded by blue rock. 3rd route from the left, this is always the first route on the east face to be climbable as the river drops.

Protection

Bolts to anchors with fixed biners

[Hide Comment] I found this to be pretty hard, but it was my first 12c. So, what do I know? Fun, consistent, and thought-provoking at the high crux; there must be a dozen different ways to climb that section. Ultimately, I found my beta on my 9th (penultimate) lap. Oct 18, 2016

[Hide Comment] This thing is hard and desperate with every move feeling like a shot in the dark. On the send go, there was like three moves where I though for sure I wasn't going to stick them. Also, the first few bolts of easier climbing can get covered, AND I MEAN COVERED in spiderwebs. Spent like 10 minutes on the rope brushing them off. So, just a heads up if you don't enjoying sticking your hands into web covered holds. Aug 12, 2021
