Start left on the obvious rail around the corner left from Jackie Paper, and move right to the corner seam. Find a way to get up on the sloping ledge in the corner, follow that corner to either the ledge, and build a gear anchor or to the anchor for Jackie Paper.

This is TR only - it might theoretically be able to be done as a trad lead with small gear (black Tricam, finger cams), but it would almost certainly be very R rated with very hard moves above very marginal gear.
