Description

Crux is at the end of the overhang, as last time I tried it rock camb honey crumbling down. This is not a safe crux and deserves more than the classic 11.a rating

Location

Honeycomb wall is the bulged roof up aggro gulley, you climb a fixed rope to reach the belay platform of 3 routes

Protection

Sport line goes up and left to a roof crux and on to the anchors.

Unfortunately I was the one belaying Mike, so I was the one who called it off after a second hold came off and came very close to my head! I'm sure if he would have kept climbing he would have loved it after. We also have to consider that it is the spring time and that this is a very unstable time due to rain and drastic changes in temperature creating loose holds. Mar 31, 2013
