In the early '90's the USFS banned all placement of bolts in the Superstition Wilderness. This unfortunately includes replacement of existing bolts. Violating this ban may result in climbing restrictions on this beautiful area. Please think twice and go bolt somewhere else.
Description
Start about 100 yards right of Kublai Khan and around the corner at a steep, smooth wall with a thin crack running up it. Climb the right facing corner to a roof, then move around left to the smooth face. Climb the face along a thin crack (bolt, Tricams) to a ledge. Up the steep left facing corner above to the top.
Bolt placed on the lead from a hook.
