Description

A nice little multipitch outing with fantastic views of the Waikato river and surrounding forest.

Pitch 1 (trad):
Climb 2 short corner crack sections. Can be done as a lay back.

Pitch 2 (sport):
An interesting pitch. Climb through the tight chimney to the other side, then continue up the outside.

"Pitch 3" (unofficial)
Dirty scramble up to the top off the cliffs past 1 bolt and some protectable cracks. Only do this if your really keen. Belay off some of many large trees.

Location

Corner crack roughly half way along wall of fate.

Protection

Pitch 1: Medium to large cams, wires
Pitch 2: Bolts
