Description

Same as Maui, but avoiding all good holds (except the start).

Sit start in the horizontal crack (under the small roof area - prepare to scrunch and watch the head). Move left on to the vertical crack and then straight up on small holds.

Location

On the backside of Tulip Boulder (on the north side towards the trail) in the obvious depression between Tulip and Tennies.

[Hide Comment] Starting matched on the jug hold (same as V0 line) I moved far right out to a sloper crimp, locked the Gaston, then bumped the left up a series of pretty bad/small holds, avoiding the vert crack entirely. Then I found a really positive crimp in the horizontal crack that extends out of the end/top of the vert crack just below the topout section, and got right hand up to a sloper/pinch thing. After that, topout was pretty straightforward. Was this the intended line? May 30, 2020
