Blondes Shades of Marilyn climbs a lowball overhang on great rock over a very good landing.

Sit start with a big right hand undercling and a left hand next to it in the finger-crack. From there, crank up to the hueco with the right hand, match next to it with the left hand, then dyno to the pinch-horn with the left, reach the lip, and top it out.

This is on the East face of Division Rock.

A few pads, the landing is quite good.

Turns out the ice had nothing to do with it. Just needed more determination, I guess. Managed to add the sit start today. Just a few additional moves, but it certainly increased the quality and difficulty. May 24, 2015

A purer start to this one would likely involve a sit start with both hands down low on the crack's thinner section or on the undercling. The added moves would probably increase the difficulty. But most of the crack is filled with ice at the moment, and I'm not sure I have the skill, even if it wasn't there. Regardless of where you start, it climbs pretty cool, and it's rare for the area!
