The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
Start about 40 feet left and around the corner from Swaddling at the NW end of the Turtle Egg. Climb a short chimney in a left-facing corner, then follow a hand crack to the top (crux).
