If you are coming up, note the following:

-There are no fires allowed anywhere, including the boulder basin & group campsites.
-Please carpool, parking is limited, so if you show up and there is nowhere reasonable for you to park, you must leave. (instead of parking somewhere unreasonable).
-Bring cash to park, lots of people showing up without cash. Even if you don't camp overnight, you still must pay for day parking.
-Don't climb boulders in/ around occupied camp sites (some say ask, personally I just go somewhere else).
-Spread out a bit.

Adam, a few of us climbed this when we were all up there a couple weeks ago. There was no chalk then but holds were clean. Based on the descriptions from two different guides my best assumption is that this is "Peeping Thomas" as it seems to be the only line on that side of the boulder and roughly fits the described style. It's listed as a v4 or v5, but I agree the problem you posted is more in the v3 range. Another example of how much we need a comprehensive accurate Black Mt guidebook! Sep 25, 2012
