Rangerrick, that IS the posted grade but thanks for adding your opinion, which helps establish a consensus. Calling this route 11b honors the POB tradition of friendly sandbagging and many good climbers have hung on one or more bolts figuring it out, then flashed it next time around or soon anyway.
