Description

This is a really enjoyable face climb on positive holds.

Location

Located on the wide slab to the right of the Nose and north face area. There is a pine tree growing out of this slab. The route starts at a large beech tree part way up the steep slope. Shorter climbers tend to find the crux more difficult.

Protection

6 bolts to LO anchors.

[Hide Comment] Great Route. I always thought it was called 'karen's route'. Also, good little story, burlap was out there with a buddy and the buddy had just led the route was up at the anchors and took the fall. I think he ended up about 10' above the ground, very shaken. Maybe a 40+ footer. Walked away and climbed more later in the day. Aug 24, 2012

[Hide Comment] This climb is really engaging for a 10d. Thoughtful sequences and not just straight forward pulling. A nice warm up for the hard slabs on this wall. Really cool holds too! Oct 14, 2015
