Seasonal Raptor Closures Details

Description

Climb up the large flake/crack to the right, clipping the first 2 bolts. Move on good holds through a few clips to gain the extremely large ledge that offers a no hands rest. Getting off the ledge can be a bit tricky, but a pebble for the left hand will unlock the sequence. The hardest moves are climbing up and right of the last bolt to the anchors. A fall here could land you on the ledge.

I don't know the name of this route or who did the FA. If you know, please let me know. I'm posting this route in the hopes that someone will be able to provide more information.

Location

This is just to the left of KM.

Protection

8 bolts to the anchors.

We couldn't finish this route. The last bolt to the anchors is definitely the crux. Someone left a bail quicklink on the first bolt above the ledge. My leader moved it to the last bolt, since that was as far as he could get, and that bail gear was already on the route. Neither of us thought this was a 10 because of those last moves. Maybe 11- but definitely not 10-. May 24, 2017

Couldn't get off the ledge. Seemed like the pebble mentioned in the description was missing. Dec 27, 2016

The ledge on this route is covered in broken rock and the top section is falling apart. Oct 6, 2012
