Seasonal Raptor Closures January 1- July 31st Details

Description

This is about 100 feet left of the Sunkist Alcove slab and directly left of Bill and Britt Two. A steep section gives way to a juggy, easy finish. There are three bolts. As of 8-19-12, beware of the detatched rock near the top ready to fall on your belayer and also you. A good prybar session is in order (see the photo to the right).

Per Ben Peterson 2: the loose block has been cleaned off.

Location

It is in the Intimidator Roof area of Springer Gulch Wall.

Protection

Quickdraws, 5 total.

Photos

The block is gone. I pulled it off with a cam, and it came off really easily. Where the block was is a large jug. Still felt around 5.9. Oct 13, 2016

The large detached block is still there. Looks deadly. Sep 30, 2013
