Description

Start on the tricky face to acquire the hand-sized crack. Go right after entering the V-slot above and then follow the crack/double crack system to the bolted anchor.

If you go straight up, that is "White Man's Burden," 5.10c, which uses the Black Elk anchors.

Location

Starts next route to the Right of Black Elk.

Protection

Standard rack. Mossy. Stuck nut halfway up as of 8/18/2012.

Looking at the book, it appears as if I started in the crack near the bottom as opposed to the face where the route's supposed to start. Does anyone have any information on this variation? Aug 18, 2012
