Similar to a son, this is a smaller less intense version of its predecessor. DK Junior is a fun line that shares the same start as Donkey Kong, but after the initial hand crack, break right across a spooky ledge to a left leaning crack. Follow this feature passing the final crux up to a chain anchor. Cool climbing with good protection, this makes a nice escape plan from the steeper, more cruxy Donkey Kong.

On the far left side of the Upper Canopy, this in one of the last routes on the wall.

A single set of cams up to six inches, a few long runners and draws.

I thought the slightly overhanging crack prior to the traverse right was pumpy and at least 10b. It was cold and windy, and I am getting old, but come on guys! Really, 9+? I know you guys cleaned the hell out of the thing, BUT, so did we. Those hard winters the last few years since the last takers added some very dangerous looseness. All gone now! Thanks for that line. I will try it again. And thanks for those spendy stainless chain anchors. Sep 4, 2014
