It's really a matter of choosing holds and feet wisely (i.e., reading this type of rock well). I cruised it effortlessly while warming up, feeling more like 10a. However, I have watched strong climbers struggle on it at the bottom (first 3 bolts) and they feel like it's more of an 11a. Nov 27, 2017
I did the first ascent of this route on 6/11/2006 (Jeff Elison). We called it Peach Cobble-r. Tough to grade when you rapped and bolted it, so we debated 10d or 11a. Sounds like 10+ is about right. Definitely the hardest on this wall. Mar 10, 2014
