Ventenata dubia (north Africa grass) was identified at and around Lava Point last fall. So far, this is the only documented site on the entire 4.2 million acres of the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest with this invasive species.

Stay on the trails and be sure to clean your shoes/equipment when you leave .

I'd recommend cleaning this route on top-rope as it's shared anchor is about 10ft left of the boltline. Several fun cruxes on this one, the last one being the real mental and physical test. Apr 18, 2020
