Similar climbing to Tangent with a nice hard bit up top. The traverse is enjoyable.


Start the same as Tangent but midway up take the left branching bolt line towards the left side of the formation and follow the rounded arete to the top.

Well...STL is _almost_ perfect.

Henze was one of my regular partners for about a year in the early 90s. Like me, he was a math guy, hence the names (also they are plays on "New Wave").

If you look at the shapes of the routes and how they lay on the rock, you'll see they make more sense one way vs the opposite.
