Description

Starting right hand in the jug and left hand underneath the roof climb up and left encountering some tough moves along the way. A low start is possible and will bump the difficulty up.

Just below el parasol project. Or from the north shore beach where the trails intersect near the tumbled rocks trail head up hill a couple hundred feet above the bench.

Protection

A few pads. The landing is not perfect. 4 would be good.

[Hide Comment] This is a good one, and it has a very short approach. Curious how hard others think this one is. May 16, 2012

[Hide Comment] Cool problem. Jun 3, 2012
[Hide Comment] Katie finished this one up last night and ended up taking a more direct finish. Instead of busting out left to the arete she just went straight up after getting the sharp left hand crimp. Tops out in the same spot.

Very cool problem! Oct 11, 2012

[Hide Comment] Great line!!! One hard move and great movement to the top. Don't let the grade deter you from trying this one. Hard move is right off the ground and might be more like a 7 with good temps. Nov 4, 2012

[Hide Comment] This is an awesome problem, slept on imo! For comparison, I felt like this was harder than Weasel, Bulbous, and the adjacent Fridge. Took ages to figure out good high-step beta for me. I've seen shorter people hike this thing tho... so idk. I'd be curious to see what other people around 6' think. May 21, 2015

[Hide Comment] @Clayton, I think that the beta originally developed feels quite hard for tall people. I'm 6', but quite flexible. Doing the beta that Tony Brengosz found feels pretty reasonable Jun 11, 2022
